Cancellation Policy


We would like to inform you that we will be introducing a new cancellation policy starting on October 1st.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us.
We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Our new cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours and No-show may result in a cancellation fee.
The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. 
We will require a credit card to hold your appointment.
Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. 

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived.

Haircut　$70

Begin with a personal in-depth consultation to discuss the look and style you envision for your haircut. Our elegant scissor-work delivers a precise haircut, while you relax and enjoy the soothing experience.

Straight Razor Shave　$40

The traditional barber style shave that starts with a steamed towel treatment and finishes with an after-shave lotion. We will shave downy hair and remove dead skin cells, lightening face tone and providing an overall brighter complexion.

Scalp Massage　$30～

Carefully massaging scalp, while stimulating pressure points and improving blood circulation. Helps to recover from fatigue and is the ultimate form of relaxation.

Effective October 1, 2025, we will be updating some ofour service prices and policies:

Yuki, our Top Stylist, will have updated pricing, with haircuts starting at $80. If you have any questions, feel free to ask Yuki directly — he’ll be happy to assist.

Haircut pricing for our other stylists will now be categorized as follows:
$60 – for clients with recurring appointments every 2 weeks
$70 – for hair above the bottom of the neck
$80 – for hair past shoulder length

These adjustments are necessary to help offset rising overhead and supply costs, while ensuring we continue to deliver the high-quality service you deserve.
